Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident and supported in your Wild Coconuts suit, but we understand that sometimes things don’t fit quite right.

Please review our return policy carefully before making your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Hygiene liners must be intact, and tags still attached
  • Items must not show any signs of wear (e.g., deodorant marks, stains, stretched fabric)

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on swimwear that has been worn, is missing the hygiene liner, or shows signs of use. Please try on suits over clean undergarments to ensure fit before removing any tags or liners.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

Need a Different Size?

We offer one free size exchange on your first order (U.S. only).

Just email us at contact@wildcoconuts.shop with your order number and the new size you need. We’ll walk you through the next steps.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
  • A brief reason for the return
